.EU domain names may only be registered by individuals or businesses located in one of the European Union states or within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Even though the TLD does not support privacy protection, contact information of private individuals is nevertheless hidden in the WHOIS.

Transfer procedure

The transfer requires an EPP / Authorization code that you can obtain from your current domain registrar. There is no minimum time limit that must have passed since registration or last transfer.
